Di is a Senior Project Manager with 13 years’ experience delivering civil and infrastructure projects across Northland, specialising in roading, capital works, and emergency response programmes. She brings strong local knowledge, established relationships, and a practical approach to project delivery.

Across roles at Hoskin and Kaipara District Council, and through delivery for Whangārei District Council and Far North District Council, Di has managed complex, time-critical projects, including emergency reinstatement works, capital upgrades, and growth infrastructure.
