Project Management
We don’t manage projects from the outside. We work alongside you.
What we do in Project Management
Infrastructure project management in Northland isn’t something you can do well from a distance. You need to know the councils, contractors, hapū and communities and how things actually get done up here. That’s the knowledge and experience we bring.
Hoskin has spent years working alongside Northland’s councils, NZTA and the contractors delivering work on the ground. We know the people, the processes and the pressures. When a problem comes up, we already know who to call. That kind of local knowledge doesn’t appear on a programme, but it helps keep projects moving, resolves issues early, and gives clients confidence that things are being handled properly.
We work as part of your team. We have the hard conversations, give honest advice even when it’s not what people want to hear, and bring clarity, momentum and accountability so projects keep moving and good decisions get made at the right time. We stay accountable from the first feasibility discussion through to final delivery.
What we do in this space:
- Feasibility and business cases
- Project delivery
- Procurement and tender evaluation
- Stakeholder engagement
- Programming and risk management
- Management, Surveillance and Quality Assurance
- Design process management and peer review
