Paul Andrew

Paul has a Masters in Construction Management and a background spanning construction, infrastructure, logistics and project coordination. Paul brings a practical, people-focused approach to project delivery at Hoskin, combining academic insight with hands-on industry experience across construction, building supply, procurement and stakeholder engagement. Paul has developed a strong understanding of project management, his ability to communicate effectively with contractors, consultants, suppliers and clients allows him to contribute positively across all stages of project delivery.

Passionate about infrastructure, training, people development and economic regional growth, Paul is driven by projects that create long-term value for communities throughout Northland, advocating support for young people into the construction and infrastructure industries, working alongside local initiatives that encourage career pathways and workforce development. His projects include managing upgrades at the Mangawhai Water Treatment Plant, the Tikipunga Football Club Development and Te Iwitahi Whangārei Civic Centre.
